Our 1:1 personal training sessions are tailored to your unique goals, whether that’s building strength, improving technique, enhancing fitness, or transforming your body. Each session is designed to maximise results with exercises that suit your abilities and progress, while focusing on safe and effective form. Beyond the gym floor, we incorporate nutrition guidance and life coaching elements to support your overall wellbeing, ensuring your training fits seamlessly into your lifestyle. Together, we’ll create a sustainable plan that keeps you motivated, accountable, and moving toward lasting results.
Cancellation Policy
Ash Hendriks Personal Training – Personal Training Booking Policy Effective 20/08/2025 By booking personal training sessions at AHPT, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Booking Process All sessions must be booked at least 12 hour in advance via ashhendrikspt.com.au or the Fit by Wix app, unless otherwise confirmed by trainer. Requested time and day are subject to confirmation by your trainer. Booking is not confirmed until the trainer has approved the session. A regular day/time for sessions can be requested but is not guaranteed. 2. Eligibility Clients must be 18 years or older or have written guardian consent. Valid ID or personal details must be provided upon initial booking. Children may attend and make use of playpen area, but must respect the area. Please do not attend if unwell. 3. Payment & Cancellations Full payment is required at the time of booking or as per agreed terms. Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will result in full session fee being charged or forfeited. Refunds will only be issued if the facility or trainer cancels or reschedules the session. Emergencies may be reviewed at management’s discretion. 4. Session Conduct Sessions start promptly; arriving late may shorten your session time. Only booked clients may participate unless otherwise arranged. Respectful behaviour and adherence to gym rules are required at all times. 5. Health & Safety By booking, you confirm you are medically fit for personal training. You agree to disclose any relevant health conditions to your trainer. You train at your own risk and agree to follow all instructions for safe use of equipment. 6. Facility Access Access is granted only during your booked session time. Use of other facilities outside this time must be booked separately. Only designated training areas are to be used during personal training. 7. Liability & Indemnity AHPT and trainers are not liable for injuries or loss due to misuse or negligence. You agree to indemnify and hold the gym and trainers harmless from any claims arising from your session. 8. Management Rights Bookings may be changed, refused, or cancelled at our discretion. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items. Policies are subject to change without notice. Questions?
