Cancellation Policy

Ash Hendriks Personal Training– Casual Gym Space Hire Policy Effective 20/08/2025 By booking casual gym space at AHPT, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Eligibility Individuals must be 18 years or older to hire gym space. All hirers must provide valid ID and booking details upon request. 2. Booking Procedure Bookings must be made at least 1 hour in advance, unless otherwise approved. Requested time and day are subject to confirmation by your trainer. Booking is not confirmed until the trainer has approved the session. A 50% cancellation fee applies for no-shows or cancellations with less than 1 hour’s notice. Only persons booked are to attend gym sessions unless otherwise arranged. Children may attend and make use of playpen area, but must respect the area. Please do not attend if unwell. 3. Payment Terms Payment must be made in full at the time of booking or per agreed terms. Late cancellations (less than 1 hour’s notice) may result in forfeiture of payment. Refunds are only issued if the facility cancels or reschedules the booking. 4. Usage Rules Only the approved space and time may be used. Each session is capped at one hour unless otherwise approved. Use of private areas, storage, or equipment not agreed upon is prohibited. Additional use requires a separate booking and permission. 5. Insurance & Liability No coaching of other members unless approved in writing. All coaches or personal trainers must provide proof of qualifications and public liability insurance. AHPT is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from external coaching or misuse. 6. Conduct & Expectations Users must follow all gym rules regarding cleanliness, noise, and equipment use. Gym towels are required and all equipment must be wiped down after use. The space must be left clean and damage-free. Any issues must be reported immediately. Misconduct, harassment, or rule violations may result in immediate termination of the booking and removal from the premises. 7. Indemnity The hirer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AHPT and its staff from any claims arising from their use of the facility. 8. Management Rights Management reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate any booking. We are not responsible for injury, equipment misuse, or loss/damage to personal belongings.
